研究目的：

本研究旨在观察甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑应用于高原患者胃镜检查的临床效果，探索高原患者麻醉安全性，为高原患者的麻醉研究打下基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of remazolam tosylate applied to gastroscopy in plateau patients, explore the safety of anesthesia in plateau patients, and lay the foundation for anesthesia research in plateau patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）ASAⅠ～ Ⅱ级；（2）年龄18—60岁，性别不限，18kg/m2＜BMI＜30kg/m2;（3）肝、肾及心肺功能正常；（4）高原世居为在海拔≥3000米地区生活三个月以上患者；（5）检查时间＜30Min;（6）自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1) ASA I ~ Ⅱ; (2) 18-60 years old, gender is not limited, 18kg/m2＜BMI＜30kg/m2; (3) Liver, kidney and cardiopulmonary functions are normal; (4) Living at altitude Patients living in areas ≥3000 meters for more than three months; (5) Inspection time <30Min; (6) Voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

（1）有自身疾病、药物滥用及酒精成瘾史；（2）严重肝、肾功能损害及电解质紊乱；（3）需要进行操作复杂的内镜诊疗技术（如胰胆管造影术、超声内镜、内镜下黏膜切除术、内镜粘膜下层剥离术、经口内镜下肌断离术）；（4）有睡眠-呼吸暂停综合征患者；（5）对苯二氮卓类、阿片类药物过敏患者；（6）因各种原因不能配合完成实验患者；需剔除本研究，重新补入新患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have a history of own disease, drug abuse and alcohol addiction; (2) Severe liver and kidney damage and electrolyte imbalance; (3) Complicated endoscopic diagnosis and treatment techniques (such as cholangiopancreatography, endoscopic ultrasonography) are required , Endoscopic mucosal resection, endoscopic submucosal dissection, oral endoscopic muscle dissection); (4) patients with sleep-apnea syndrome; (5) p-benzodiazepines, opioids Patients with drug allergy; (6) Patients who cannot cooperate to complete the experiment due to various reasons; need to exclude this study and re-enroll new patients.
