研究目的：

1.对针刺治疗抑郁症失眠的临床方案进行科学的疗效评价。 2.得到针灸治疗抑郁症失眠的规范化方案。 3.得到针刺治疗抑郁症的优化方案。 4.提高抑郁症患者的治愈率，提高其生活质量，减少抑郁症造成的社会经济损失  

Objectives of Study：

1. To do the scientific efficacy evaluation for the clinical plans of acupuncture treating insomnia with depression; 2. To get the standardized plan for acupuncture treating insomnia with depression; 3. To get the optimized plan for acupuncture treating insomnia with depression; 4. To improve the cure rate of depression,improve the living quality of the patients and reduce the social economic loss resulting from depression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18岁以上，65岁以下者，男女不限；
2.符合CCMD-3抑郁发作诊断标准；
3.以失眠为第一主诉；
4.HAMD计分>20分且≤35分；
5.病人意识清醒，无失语、智能障碍，文化程度小学以上，能理解量表内容并配合治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male and female aged 18 to 65 years old;
2. meeting the diagnosis criteria of CCMD-3 depression;
3. the first chief complaint is insomnia;
4. HAMD scores between 20 and 35;
5. patients have the clear consciousness without lingual and noopsyche impairment,education level is above the primary school, can understand the meaning the scales and cooperate with the treatment.

排除标准：

1.排除器质性精神障碍或，精神活性物质和非成瘾物质所致抑郁；
3.不能理解量表内容，无法进行疗效评价者；
4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
5.严重心、脑、肺、肾等重大内科疾病患者和肿瘤患者。
6.不配合治疗方案安排。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Depression resulting from mental diseases or active substance or non addiction medicine;
2. People who can't understand what the scale means and can't do the efficacy evaluation;
3. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. Serious heart, brain, lung, kidney and other major medical disease and cancer patients;
5. People who can't cooperate the arrangement of the treatment.

在基础治疗方案上加用以下治疗：列缺，照海，毫针针刺，得气后留针30分钟；出针后加埋皮内针：取穴分为两组（1）心俞，肾俞；（2）胆俞，安眠，两组穴位交替使用。

Intervention：

Add the following treatment based on the basic treatment: do the acupuncture on Lieque and Zhaohai, retain them for 30 mins after the needling sensation is attained; bury the intradermal needle after the withdrawal. Use 2 groups of acupoints: 1. Xinshu, Shenshu; 2. Danshu, Anmian, both groups are used alternately.

干预措施：

采取基础治疗方案，基础治疗取四关、印堂、百会，采用毫针针刺，得气后行导气法。先针四关穴，后针百会、印堂，针完后行鼻子深呼吸6 次，休息1 分钟后再深呼吸6 次，直到出针。留针30 分钟后出针，再埋耳针，取肝、心穴位，留针三天，左右耳朵交替使用。
