研究目的：

因此，本课题拟对中重度牙周炎患者Ⅱ°-Ⅲ°松动的前牙，在龈下刮治术后进行牙周夹板固定，比较两种暂时性牙周夹板固定松动下前牙的短期和长期临床效果，验证使用数字化牙周夹板进行松牙固定的优势，完善利用3D打印技术制作数字化牙周夹板的流程，推广数字化牙周夹板在临床中的广泛应用。  

Objectives of Study：

The present study plans to compare the transient and long-term cilinical effects of the two kinds of periodontal splint on loose mandibular anterior teeth after subgingival scaling and root planning. And the advantages of digital periodontal splint based on oral scan are also to be evaluated. In addition, the clinical routine of digital periodontal splint with 3D-print technique needs to be optimized.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①病变符合国际牙周疾病分类中有关慢性牙周炎诊断标准，经完善的龈上洁治、龈下刮治和根面平整并调整咬合6周后牙周炎症得到控制，BI＜2，PD＜5mm；
②下颌切牙中有1颗或1颗以上的牙齿松动Ⅱ°-Ⅲ°，根尖片显示牙槽骨吸收达根长1/2以上，根尖区尚有骨存在，无牙体牙髓及根尖周病。
③双侧尖牙松动≤Ⅰ度
④下前牙无大面积牙体缺损，无影响粘接固位的修复体。
⑤松动患牙的近远中邻间隙≤2mm
⑥患者有咬物不适，因美观、发音等需要，有强烈的保留患牙的意愿；
⑦患者全身状况良好，无影响牙周健康的全身性疾病，无吸烟习惯或已戒烟。

Inclusion criteria

①the patient was diagnosed as periodontits. And the periodontal inflammatin is controlled after periodontal treatment,BI ＜2PD＜5mm
②There is at least one tooth with Ⅱ°-Ⅲ°tooth mobility in mandibular anterior teeth. X-ray image shows at least 1/2 bone loss with no endodontic or periapical lesion
③the tooth mobility of bilateral canine tooth ≤Ⅰ
④there is no lare tooth defect or tooth restoration in mandibular anterior teeth
⑤the mesiodistal gap of loose teeth ≤2mm
⑥the patient has a strong willingness to retain loose tooth either for esthetic or pronunciation reasons
⑦the patient has a very good health situation and has no smoking habits.

排除标准：

① 松牙固定区存在未经可靠治疗的严重牙体牙髓疾病；
② 下前牙存在影响操作的严重牙列不齐；
③ 患者因理解力或依从性差等各种原因不能配合治疗；
④ 无法进行有效的口腔卫生自我维护。

Exclusion criteria：

①there is severe and untreated endodontic lesion in splint area
②the mandibular anterior teeth are snaggletoothed
③the patient can not comply to the treatment
④the patient can not perform effective oral health self-maintenance
