研究目的：

通过开展带蒂大网膜瓣袖套式包埋食管-胃吻合口预防吻合口瘘的临床（RCT）研究，明确带蒂大网膜瓣袖套式包埋食管-胃吻合口对吻合口的保护作用，探讨这一技术降低吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄的具体机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the protection to anastomotic by Wrapping of pedicle omental flap around esophagogastric anastomosis after esophagectomy for esophageal cancer; To explore the tspecific mechanism of this echnology to reduce anastomotic fistula, anastomotic stenosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

以前未接受过治疗的食道癌患者被纳入合格的研究对象，包括上中下段的食管癌患者，术前检查可行手术治疗的。

Inclusion criteria

Patients were eligible for the study if they had previously untreated cancer of the esophagus, including tumors of the upper, middle, or lower third of the esophagus, which was judged resectable.

排除标准：

病人既往或伴随有其他恶性疾病，既往有胃或食管手术史，辅助化疗或放疗，晚期肿瘤分期（T4期），晚期淋巴结转移或远处转移（M1淋巴结转移M1远处转移），肺功能差（用力呼气量<50％预计值）除外。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who had other previous or concomitant malignant disease, Previous gastric or esophageal surgery, neoadjuvent chemotherapy or radiation therapy, advanced tumor stage (T4 disease), advanced lymph node involvement or distant metastasis (M1 lymph or M1 disease), poor pulmonary reserve (forced expiratory volume <50% of normal) were excluded from this study.
