研究目的：

评价阿扎胞苷单药或联合异基因造血干细胞移植治疗幼年型粒单核细胞细胞白血病单安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the safety and efficacy of azacitidine monotherapy or combined with allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the treatment of juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、符合2016年WHO JMML诊断标准；
2、≤18岁；
3、签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis of JMML as defined by the 2016 WHO criteria.
2. Age of 18 years or younger.
3. Written informed consent

排除标准：

1、伴有非本病所致的严重脏器功能损害；
2、合并其他肿瘤（如实体肿瘤）或血液疾病；
3、接受过造血干细胞移植或其它静脉化疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe organ dysfunction not caused by the disease.
2. Combined with other tumors (such as solid tumors) or hematopoietic diseases.
3. Prior hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or other intravenous chemotherapy.
