To explore the occurrence of urinary catheter related discomfort and the construction of risk prediction model

纳入标准：

1.年龄18~75岁
2.ASA 分级为I-III级
3.需置入导尿管的择期手术

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-75 years old
2.ASA is rated level I-III
3. Elective surgery requiring catheters

排除标准：

1.有导尿管置入史
2.经尿道手术
3.尿道外伤、狭窄史
4.ASA>III级
5.严重心、脑、肝、肾等疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of catheterization
2. Transurethral surgery
3. History of urethral trauma and stricture
4. ASA > level III
5. Severe heart, brain, liver and kidney diseases
