研究目的：

多囊卵巢综合征（Polycystic ovarian syndrome PCOS）是育龄妇女最常见的内分泌疾病。主要特征为慢性无排卵、高雄激素血症和卵巢多囊性。多囊卵巢综合征与多种共患病有关，包括肥胖、胰岛素抵抗(IR)、血脂异常、妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)、2型糖尿病(T2D)、高血压、非酒精性脂肪肝、生活质量受损(QOL)、心血管疾病(CVD)等。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(Obstructive sleep apnea, OSA)也是一种常见的疾病，影响9-28%的女性。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停的特点是睡眠时上呼吸道不稳定，导致反复发作的上呼吸道阻塞、睡眠结构紊乱以及心率、血压、交感神经活动、胸腔内压力和氧饱和度的周期性变化。与PCOS类似，OSA与高血压、CVD、IR和T2D、道路交通事故、抑郁和生活质量受损以及低生育能力的风险增加有关。国外已有研究表明，PCOS患者相比正常人群有更高的OSA患病率，且两种疾病均与代谢异常有关。  

Objectives of Study：

The Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine disease among women of reproductive age. The main features are chronic anovulation, hyperandrogen and polycystic ovary syndrome. Polycystic ovary syndrome is associated with a variety of comorbidities, including obesity, insulin resistance (IR), dyslipidemia, gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2D), hypertension, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, impaired quality of life (QOL), and cardiovascular disease (CVD).Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is also a common condition that affects 9-28% of women.Obstructive sleep apnea is characterized by instability of the upper airway during sleep, resulting in recurrent upper airway obstruction, disturbed sleep structure, and periodic changes in heart rate, blood pressure, sympathetic activity, intrathoracic pressure, and oxygen saturation.Similar to PCOS, OSA is associated with an increased risk of hypertension, CVD, IR and T2D, road traffic accidents, depression and impaired quality of life, and low fertility.Foreign studies have shown that PCOS patients have a higher prevalence of OSA than the normal population, and both diseases are related to metabolic abnormalities.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 符合2003年鹿特丹诊断标准：
① 患者稀发排卵甚至无排卵；
② 患者的临床症状或生化表现显示有高雄激素血症；
③ 腹部彩超可见卵巢发生多囊样改变（阴道彩超显示一侧甚至两侧卵巢包含2-9mm的卵泡数目大于12个）；
符合上述3项判断标准中的2项，即可作出诊断。
（2） 年龄：18~45岁育龄期妇女。
（3） 至少3个月未接受任何口服避孕药、其他形式的激素避孕或生育治疗，在参与研究前至少1个月未接受黄体酮治疗。
（4） 从未接受过任何降胆固醇药物、抗高血压药物、胰岛素增敏剂、二甲双胍或任何其他糖尿病药物治疗。
（5） 从未接受睡眠呼吸暂停相关治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Rotterdam in 2003:
①Patients with rare ovulation or even no ovulation;
②The clinical symptoms or biochemical manifestations of the patient showed hyperandrogenemia;
③Color ultrasound of the abdomen showed polycystic ovary changes (vaginal color ultrasound showed that one or both ovaries contained more than 12 follicles of 2-9mm);
If two of the three criteria are met, a diagnosis can be made.
(2) Age: 18-45 years old women of childbearing age.
(3) Did not receive any oral contraceptives, other forms of hormonal contraception or fertility treatment for at least 3 months, and did not receive progesterone treatment for at least 1 month prior to study participation.
(4) Never received any cholesterol-lowering drug, antihypertensive drug, insulin sensitizer, metformin or any other diabetes medication.
(5) Never received treatment for sleep apnea.

排除标准：

（1） 吸烟者。
（2） 妊娠和哺乳期女性。
（3） 神经或精神疾病患者。
（4） 患有甲状腺疾病、高泌乳素血症者。
（5） 进行过卵巢或子宫手术者。
（6） 患有先天性肾上腺皮质增生、库欣综合征、分泌雄激素的肿瘤者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Smokers.
(2) Pregnant and lactating women.
(3) People with neurological or mental illness.
(4) Patients with thyroid diseases and hyperprolactinemia.
(5) Those who have undergone ovarian or uterine surgery.
(6) Patients with congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, androgen secreting tumors.
