研究目的：

探索肌内效贴在早期产后腹直肌分离临床治疗中的具体应用，并评估其可行性和使用价值。分析肌内效贴在早期产后腹直肌分离临床治疗中的应用前景和疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the specific application of intramedullary patch in clinical treatment of early postpartum rectus separation and evaluate its feasibility and value.To analyze the application prospect and curative effect of intramedullary patch in clinical treatment of early postpartum rectus separation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

来自福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院康复科门诊及住院患者，筛选符合纳入标准的产后腹直肌分离患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组以盆底肌训练、核心肌群训练和腹式呼吸为主，观察组在对照组基础上加上腹直肌的肌内效贴贴扎。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

From the third people's hospital affiliated to fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation outpatient and inpatient, screening into standard of 60 patients with postpartum rectus separation, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group with pelvic floor muscle training, the core muscles and abdominal breathing training, observation group in the control group with rectus muscle in effect based on stickers. 

纳入标准：

①腹直肌分离距离≥2cm，伴有不同程度的腰腹部疼痛；
②剖宫产24h以上；顺产12h以上；
③年龄20-45岁之间
④签署临床研究知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

The separation distance of rectus abdominis ≥2cm, accompanied by varying degrees of lumbar and abdominal pain;
Cesarean section more than 24 hours;Vaginal birth over 12h;Between 20 and 45 years old
Sign the informed consent of the clinical study.

排除标准：

①会阴重度撕裂、产褥感染、胃肠粘连等患者。
②不合作及治疗时间不足1个疗程者。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe perineal tear, puerperal infection, gastrointestinal adhesion and other patients.
those who do not cooperate and have less than one course of treatment.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

先在SPSS20.0 统计软件中依次编写好编号1～60 的SPSS 数据文件，通过SPSS20.0 统计软件的随机数字生成器，随机种子为默认值2000000，产生随机数字，对随机数字进行编秩后，按随机数字秩次从小到大进行升序排列，规定1～30 归入第一组，31～60归入第二组。根据纳入标准及排除标准将符合条件的60 个受试者按入组时间先后顺序依次编号（1～60），并按编号随机分组。SPSS20.0 产生的随机数字表由不参与治疗或评定的专人保管。对符合上述入组条件的受试者根据此随机方法分成试验组和对照组。

According to the rank order of random Numbers, the ascending order is arranged from small to large, stipulating that 1～30 belong to the first group and 31～60 belong to the second group.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and randomly grouped by number.
