研究目的：

（1）明确富氢水对吸烟人群外周动脉疾病的血脂、氧化应激、炎症水平、ABI、PWV、睡眠质量、焦虑抑郁及健康行为方式的临床效果，探索外周动脉疾病新的治疗方法。 （2）为富氢水可以减少吸烟对外周动脉损伤以及减少负面情绪和提高睡眠质量、改善健康行为方式提供临床依据。 （3）开展细胞实验，进一步验证富氢水对吸烟人群外周动脉疾病患者内皮细胞的保护作用及作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To clarify the clinical effects of hydrogen-rich water on blood lipids, oxidative stress, inflammation levels, ABI, PWV, sleep quality, anxiety, depression, and healthy behaviors in peripheral arterial disease in smokers, and to explore new treatments for peripheral arterial disease. (2) Provide a clinical basis for hydrogen-rich water to reduce smoking and damage to peripheral arteries, reduce negative emotions, improve sleep quality, and improve healthy behaviors. (3) Carry out cell experiments to further verify the protective effect and mechanism of hydrogen-rich water on endothelial cells in patients with peripheral arterial disease in smokers.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）目前吸烟者或者戒烟10年以内;
2）年龄≥40周岁;
3) 有症状的PAD患者，包括间歇性跛行、静息痛、腿部疼痛等；或者无症状PAD患者ABI<1.0；或吸烟指数（吸烟强度x吸烟持续时间）≥200；
4）有或无糖尿病、高血压、高血脂危险因素;
5）能独立或在研究者帮助下完成问卷填写；
6）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Current smoker or quit smoking within 10 years;
2) Age ≥40 years;
3) Patients with symptomatic PAD, including intermittent claudication, resting pain, leg pain, etc .; or ABI <1.0 in asymptomatic PAD patients; or smoking index (smoking intensity x smoking duration) ≥200
4) With or without risk factors for diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia;
5) Can complete the questionnaire independently or with the help of researchers;
6) Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1)由于血管不可压缩无法获得ABI值的患者;
2)具有严重的糖尿病患者且控制不良和难治性高血压患者;
3) 有严重的肝肾疾病和癌症患者;
4) 严重的肢体缺血，截肢，或者最近六个月血管重建术；
5）意识不清或不合作，以及伴有认识精神障碍者；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients who cannot obtain ABI value due to incompressible blood vessels;
2) Patients with severe diabetes and poorly controlled and refractory hypertension;
3) Patients with severe liver and kidney disease and cancer;
4) Severe limb ischemia, amputation, or revascularization in the last six months;
5) People who are unconscious or uncooperative, and who are accompanied by cognitive disorders;
