Objectives of Study：

Objective to evaluate the value of carotid artery corrected flow time and respiratory variations of peak blood flow velocity for prediction of hypotension after induction of general anesthesia in older adult patients undergoing elective surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级
②年龄65岁-75岁
③BMI：18-30kg/m2
④在全麻下行择期手术患者
⑤颈动脉超声检测血管无斑块、狭窄和畸形等异常者

Inclusion criteria

①ASA PS I or II
②Adult patients (between 65 and 75 years)
③BMI18-30kg/m2
④Undergoing any elective surgery under general anesthesia
⑤Carotid ultrasound detection of blood vessels without plaque stenosis and malformations

排除标准：

①严重心率失常
②高血压病史
③外周动脉疾病或动脉粥样硬化疾病
④心脏疾病、肺动脉高压、EF<50%
⑤任何颈部外伤史或手术史

Exclusion criteria：

①Severe arrhythmia
②Hypertension
③History of peripheral arterial diseases or atherosclerosis,
④Heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, EF<50%
⑤History of any previous neck surgery or trauma

临床结局：收缩压下降超过基础值的30%或平均动脉压下降超过基础值的20%，或绝对收缩压小于90mmHg，或诱导后平均动脉压绝对值小于65mmHg

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Clinical outcome: Hypotension was defined by a 30% reduction in the SBP or 20% reduction in the MAP from baseline or an absolute SBP of less than 90 mm Hg and MAP of less than 65 mm Hg.
