研究目的：

尝试研发适合中国文化背景的基于接纳承诺疗法的网络化干预抑郁症的治疗程序，考察其干预效果，并进一步基于系统治疗选择原理考察此程序对哪类当事人更为有效。  

Objectives of Study：

The objectives of the present study were to develop a culturally-sensitive internet-based ACT program to treat depression in China internet-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) treatment program for depression, to test the efficacy of the program, and to identify the psychological characteristics of patients who benefitted most from the program.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）贝克抑郁量表BDI-Ⅱ(Beck, Steer, & Brown, 1996)得分≥14，即至少保证被试有轻度以上抑郁水平；
（2）自愿参加实验。

Inclusion criteria

1. the Beck depression inventory BDI - II (Beck, Steer, & Brown, 1996) scored >=14, at least ensure that participants more than mild depression level;
2. Volunteer to participate in the experiment.

排除标准：

有自杀意念者；正在服用精神药物的；正在接受心理咨询或治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. suicidal intention;
2. taking psychiatric medication;
3. being in psychotherapy or other treatment.
