研究目的：

1. 应用混合方法研究了解居家老年高血压患者跌倒恐惧现况及发生发展特征，明确其主要影响因素，为家庭及医疗卫生部门提供建设性指导建议，进一步优化高血压慢病管理。 2. 基于认知行为理论构建居家老年高血压跌倒恐惧的ABLE干预方案并进行临床应用，以期降低居家老年高血压患者跌倒伤害发生及减轻跌倒恐惧体验。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Use a mixed method is to study the current situation and occurrence and development characteristics of FOF among the elderly hypertensive people in the community-dwelling and to identify its main influencing factors, which can provide constructive guidance and suggestions for families and medical and health departments and further optimize the management of chronic hypertension. 2. Based on cognitive behavior theory, the ABLE intervention scheme for elderly hypertensive patients in the community-dwelling was constructed and applied clinically, in order to reduce the occurrence of falling and experience of FOF.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 60-80岁的社区居家老年高血压人群，符合我国《老年高血压的诊断与治疗中国专家共识(2017版)》老年高血压诊断标准；
(2) 通过“单问题法”界定存在 FOF 者；
(3) 能独立或在辅助工具帮助下完成运动训练者。

Inclusion criteria

1. The subjects of 60-80-year-old community-based elderly people with hypertension meet the diagnostic criteria of elderly hypertension (2017 Edition) in China;
2. Define the existing object by FOF;
3. Those who can complete sports training independently or with the help of auxiliary tools.

排除标准：

（1）严重听力、语言表达障碍者；
（2）处于疾病危重期，如心、肝、肾等功能衰竭；
（3）有精神障碍或认知功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The subjects with serious hearing and language expression disorders;
2. Patients in critical period, such as heart, liver and kidney failure;
3. Patients with mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction.
