研究目的：

1.评估不同外周循环评估方式在血流动力学监测中的敏感性； 2.观察围术期影响患者局部组织灌注和全身循环容量的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Assess the sensitivity of different peripheral circulation assessment methods in hemodynamic monitoring; 2. Observe the factors that affect the patient's local tissue perfusion and systemic circulation volume during the perioperative period.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患者年龄18-65岁；
②18 ③ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级；
④无严重的视觉、听觉障碍，可阅读文字。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients are 18-65 years old;
2. BMI 18 to 28kg/m2;
3. ASA grading I, II;
4. No serious visual or hearing impairment, able to read.

排除标准：

①有严重心、肝、肺、肾功能不全疾患，术后需进ICU继续治疗者；
②凝血功能异常，有血液系统疾病者；
③麻醉药物过敏史；
④长期饮酒、慢性疼痛或长期服用精神类药物史；
⑤观察部位有瘢痕、感染、残疾者；
⑥恶行高热病史或家族史；
⑦无法配合随访或依从性差；
⑧孕妇及哺乳期；
⑨术前有发热的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with severe heart, liver, lung, and renal insufficiency who need to be admitted to the ICU for continued treatment after surgery; ②have abnormal blood coagulation function and have blood system diseases; ③history of anesthetic drug allergy; ④long-term drinking, chronic pain or long-term mental use History of similar drugs; ⑤Patients with scars, infections, and disabilities at the observation site; ⑥History of abusive high fever or family history; ⑦Unable to cooperate with follow-up or poor compliance; ⑧Pregnant and lactating patients; ⑨Patients with fever before surgery.
