研究目的：

评价袋泡糖痹外洗方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Tangbi Waixi Decoction in treating Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18 岁，且≤75 岁； ②愿意服从医生的治疗方案并配合随访者。 ③Toronto 临床评分≥6 分者。 所有病人将填写知情同意书后纳入。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 75 years;
2. patients willing to follow the doctor's treatment plan and cooperate;
3. The clinical score of Toronto more than 6 points.
All patients will fill in the informed consent included.

排除标准：

① 需排除其他病因引起的神经病变，如颈腰椎病变（神经根压迫、椎管狭窄、颈 腰椎退行性变）、脑梗死、格林-巴利综合征，严重动静脉血管性病变（静脉栓塞、淋 巴管炎）者； ② 下肢皮肤有溃疡或坏疽、下肢中至重度水肿、或患有皮肤病者； ③ 糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高血糖高渗综合征、糖尿病乳酸性酸中毒等急性并发症者； ④ 恶性肿瘤患者及心、肝、肾严重功能不全者； ⑤ 妊娠或哺乳期者； ⑥ 正在参加其它类似干预治疗者； ⑦ 精神病患者不能理解研究性质、范围和可能结果或不能遵守医嘱者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude others causes of neuropathy, such as cervical or lumbar lesions (nerve root compression, spinal stenosis, cervical and lumbar degeneration), cerebral infarction, Guillain -Barre syndrome, severe arteriovenous vascular lesions (venous thrombosis, lymph Tube inflammation);
2. Lower extremity skin ulcers or gangrene, Lower to moderate to severe edema, or suffering from skin diseases;
3. Diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemia hypertonic syndrome, diabetes lactic acidosis and other acute complications;
4. Patients with malignant tumor , or severe dysfunction of heart, liver and kidney;
5. Pregnancy or breast-feeding;
6. Participating in other similar interventions;
7. Patients with mental disorders that cant understand the nature of study, its scope, and possible outcomes , or cant follow the doctor's advice.
