研究目的：

本研究应用多模态磁共振成像技术，系统性分析酒依赖患者的脑宏观结构、微观结构、功能和网络活动等影像学特征，探索研究有价值的、潜在的影像学生物标记物，为提高临床诊断和鉴别诊断水平、评估疗效及预后等提供更加全面的影像学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, multi-modal magnetic resonance imaging technology was used to systematically analyze the imaging characteristics of brain macro-structure, micro-structure, function and network activities of alcohol-dependent patients, and to explore valuable and potential imaging biomarkers, so as to provide more comprehensive imaging basis for improving the level of clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis, evaluating curative effect and prognosis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.同时符合《国际疾病分类第十一次修订本（ICD-11）》和《精神障碍诊断与统计手册（第五版）（DSM-5）》关于酒精依赖的诊断标准。
2.男性，年龄25—50岁，中学文化程度，右利手。
3.治疗时间＞１周，无明显戒断症状；无明显痴呆症状，简易智能精神状态检查量表（MMSE）≥24分；无磁共振检查禁忌。
4.所有受试者及其亲属或法定监护人需签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of alcohol dependence in International Classification of Diseases 11th Revision (ICD-11) and Mental Disorder Diagnosis and Statistics Manual Ⅴ（DSM-5）.
2.Male, age 25-50y, secondary school education, right-handed.
3.The treatment time was more than 1 week without obvious withdrawal symptoms;No obvious symptoms of dementia, MMSE ≥24;No contraindications for MRI examination.
4. All participants and their relatives or legal guardians must sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准：
符合以下任何一条者，不予纳入：
1.有严重躯体疾病、脑外伤、弱智、痴呆、癫痫，有精神病样症状或精神障碍家族史者。
2.有其他精神活性物质依赖或行为（赌博、网络游戏等）成瘾史；
3.近2周内有服用苯二氮卓类药物或接受精神病药物治疗者；
4.不能耐受磁共振检查者，或MRI图像质量不理想。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who meet any of the following criteria shall not be included:
1. Persons with severe physical diseases, brain trauma, mental retardation, dementia, epilepsy, psychotic symptoms or family history of mental disorders.
2. Other psychoactive substance dependence or behavioral (gambling, online gaming, etc.) addiction history;
3. Take benzodiazepines or receive psychiatric medication within the last 2 weeks;
4. People who can't tolerate MRI tests,or the quality of MRI data is unsatisfactory.

依据纳入标准和排除标准，结合神经心理测试和常规MRI检查，随机选取50名符合要求的酒依赖患者和50名健康对照，并经研究负责人和统计人员一致同意入组。

According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, combined with neuropsychological tests and conventional MRI, 50 eligible alcohol-dependent patients and 50 healthy controls were randomly selected, and were enrolled with the consent of the study leader and statisticians.
