研究目的：

探索在冻融胚胎移植周期中，和HRT周期比较，使用来曲唑促排能否有效的改善活产率与母婴临床结局，并探讨可能的相关机制，从而为临床诊疗提供证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of letrozole and its mechanism of action by comparing frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle applying letrozole and hormone replacement therapy FET cycles.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、平素月经周期≥35天；2、多囊卵巢综合症；3.年龄≤38岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Menstrual duration ≥35 days in normal times;
2. Patients diagnosed as PCOS;
3. Not older than 38.

排除标准：

1.PGD周期；2.有子宫内膜受损或者异常证据；3.子宫形态异常（粘膜下肌瘤;子宫腺肌症或子宫畸形）4.严重的全身性疾病，如严重肝肾功能损害者；5.对来曲唑或者HCG过敏者；6.入组前3个月服用口服避孕药；7.复发性流产史;8.反复种植失败；

Exclusion criteria：

1. PGD cycles;
2. Existence of evidence of endometrial injury or abnormality;
3. Ultrasonographic evidence of a uterine abnormality (submucous myoma or adenomyoma);
4. Severe systemic diseases such as severe impairment of liver and kidney function;
5. Allergic to letrozole or hCG;
6. oral contraceptive pill usage within 3 months;
7. diagnosis of recurrent spontaneous abortion or pregnancy loss;
8. diagnosis of recurrent implantation failure
