研究目的：

明确针刺曲池穴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）（气滞血瘀型）的临床疗效，从而提高KOA治愈率及缩短治疗周期，提高患者生活质量，同时提高我院中医药服务水平，并将此治疗技术推广至社区。  

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Quchi points for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) (qi stagnation and blood stasis type), thereby improving the cure rate of KOA and shortening the treatment cycle, improving the quality of life of patients, and improving the service level of Chinese medicine in our hospital , And promote this treatment technology to the community.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.同时符合西医诊断标准及中医诊断标准。
2.年龄50-70岁。
3.近1周内未接受任何治疗。
4.同意参与本项研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. At the same time meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and Chinese medicine.
2. Aged 50-70 years.
3. Did not receive any treatment in the past week.
4. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.膝关节手术，合并有骨折、结核，肿瘤等疾病者。
2.严重心肺疾病、瘫痪、神志不清或精神障碍的患者。
3.精神疾病患者、孕妇及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Knee surgery, combined with fracture, tuberculosis, tumor and other diseases.
2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease, paralysis, confusion or mental disorders.
3. Patients with mental illness, pregnant women and lactating women.
