研究目的：

原发性高血压是一种典型的心身疾病。前期电话随访研究表明，蒙医心身互动疗法对常规血压药物治疗的原发性高血压病有良好的辅助作用。但由于缺乏各项指标齐全的患者样本，无法全面评价蒙医心身互动疗法对原发性高血压的疗效。本项研究中，我们收集原发性高血压患者的各项信息齐全的临床样本。通过统计分析患者的治疗前后血压，心理和生理的变化，评价蒙医心身互动疗法治疗高血压病的短期临床疗效。并通过分析患者的血液中表达的生物标志物进而为阐明蒙医心身互动疗法治疗高血压发病机制铺垫一个良好的基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Essential hypertension is Psychosomatic disease. Earlier telephone follow-up study showed that the Mongolian Mind-Body Interactive Psychotherapy (MMIP) enhanced the quality of life of patients with essential hypertension. However, due to the lack of a clinical data of patients, not yet fully evaluating the efficacy of the MMIP on essential hypertension. In this study, we will collect clinical samples of patients with essential hypertension with data of blood pressure, psychological and physiological changes before after the therapy, and evaluate the short-term clinical efficacy. Further, biomarkers study will be performed to see the effect of therapy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄，18--65周岁。男女比例：1:1。
② 文化程度初中以上。
③ 原发性高血压患者：符合原发性高血压诊断标准的轻度，中度，重度
④ 服用降压药物一种
⑤ 快速传染四项,胸透检查阴性
⑥ 自愿参加试验，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Age: 18-55 years old. Male female ratio: 1:1.
② Junior high school education or above.
③ Meet the diagnostic criteria of essential hypertension level mild, moderate or severe.
④ Taking one kind of antihypertensive drug or not taken.
⑤ Four Infection Rapid Test and Chest X-ray are negative.
⑥ Participants signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

① 继发性高血压：肾性，药物性，内分泌性，心血管病引起的，其他如睡眠呼吸暂停综合征，颅内疾病引起的高血压等。
② 有妊娠，哺乳情况，或服用避孕药者。
③ 正在参加其他临床试验或近一个月内参加过其它临床试验的患者。
④ 2周内喝过降压药物以外的西药，蒙药，中药或其他传统药物治疗，以及参加过蒙医心身互动治疗的患者，需要停止2周以上才可参加本次研究。
⑤ 有精神病的现状或病史或有酒精,药物滥用的历史，影响到遵守研究协议的情况。
⑥ 以及由医生判断的任何一种影响研究结果的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

① Any secondary hypertension: renal, drug induced, endocrinal, cardiovascular diseases or others such as sleep apnea syndrome, intracranial disease caused hypertension, etc.
② Women who are pregnant, nursing, or taking pills.
③ Patients who are participating in other clinical trials or have participated in other clinical trials within the past month.
④ In past 2 weeks, patients who have taken medicines or other traditional medicine treatments other than antihypertensive drugs, and/or patients who have participated in Mongolian Mind-Body Interactive Psychotherapy, need to stop for more than 2 weeks.
⑤ Mental disorders, history of alcohol abuse, drug or other substance abuse.
⑥ Other cases which doctors believe that cannot be included.
