Study on chest X-ray examination role in the massive crowd tuberculosis screening.

纳入标准：

主动式胸部X线筛查组以乡镇为最小单位进行整群抽样，抽样乡镇的常住户籍人口中＞15岁的人群为结核病筛查对象。
以与抽样乡镇在经济、人口、地理环境因素相近的乡镇作为对照，对照乡镇的常住户籍人口中＞15岁的人群为应症就诊组的观察对象。

Inclusion criteria

Township is the smallest unit of cluster sampling,all >15-year-old crowd living in the sampling township be included in chest X-ray active screening group. Economic, demographic, geographic and environmental factors as the controlling factor to select comparison townships, the >15-year-old township resident household population inculd TB symptoms passive screening group.

排除标准：

人群中≤15岁的人、孕妇及其他有X线检查禁忌者。

Exclusion criteria：

pregnant women, other X-ray examination contraindicated.
