研究目的：

医源性穿孔随着各种新兴消化道微创内镜技术的开展，如内镜黏膜下剥离术（endo-scopic submucosal dissection ，ESD）、内镜下粘膜挖出术（endoscopic submucosa exavation，ESE）、内镜下全层切除术（endoscopic full—thick resection，EFR)，经自然腔道透壁内镜手术（ natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery ，NOTES）等，医源性穿孔发生率有逐步上升趋势，发生率达0.01-0.05%，同时在所有消化道穿孔中所占比例明显增加，因此及时内镜下修补治疗在消化内镜技术开展中起到极其重要作用，避免外科手术、减少患者痛苦及费用，同时也对各种内镜新技术的开展奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

With a variety of new digestive minimally invasive endoscopic techniques to carry out, such as endo-scopic submucosal dissection (ESD), endoscopic submucosa exavation (ESE), endoscopic full-thickness resection (EFR), natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery(NOTES), etc., the incidence of iatrogenic perforation presents gradual upward trend occurred rate of 0.01-0.05%, while significantly increased the proportion of all gastrointestinal perforation, therefore endoscopic repair timely treatment not only plays an extremely important role in digestive endoscopy in avoiding surgery, reducing patient suffering and expense, but also in laying the foundation for carring out a variety of new endoscopic technologies.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

经胃肠镜示胃肠粘膜下肿瘤，术前经过超声内镜示起源于固有肌层且分别向粘膜及浆膜双向生长的粘膜下肿瘤（SMT），并与患者及家属充分沟通手术方式内镜下全层切除术（EFR）及术中、术后存在的风险及并发症，经同意签字后纳入研究对象。

Inclusion criteria

Gastroscopy shows under the gastrointestinal mucosa tumors, and preoperatively endoscopic ultrasound shows originated in the muscularis propria and the mucosa and serosa bidirectional growth, respectively, under the submucosal tumor (SMT), and cases with signed consent by the patient and their families after fully understood the presence intraoperative and postoperative risks and complications of microscope full-thickness excision (EFR) were included in the the study.

排除标准：

术前排除结核、糖尿病、肝硬化、凝血功能障碍等基础疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude tuberculosis, diabetes, cirrhosis, coagulation disorders and other underlying diseases preoperatively.
