研究目的：

包皮龟头炎是男性常见的生殖器疾病，阴茎龟头的炎症称为龟头炎，累及包皮的炎症称为包皮炎，两部位同时受累称为包皮龟头炎。这是一组病因不同但有相似临床表现又累及特定解剖部位的疾病。氯碘羟喹乳膏上市20 余年，具有抗细菌及抗真菌的作用，广泛用于皮肤感染性疾病的治疗。本研究拟通过安慰剂对照明确氯碘羟喹乳膏治疗包皮龟头炎疗效及安全性。为明确氯碘羟喹乳膏治疗包皮龟头炎发挥作用的机制，治疗过程中采用高通量测序技术检测患者生殖器部位的菌群组成及物种丰度，同时通过无创技术检测患者皮肤屏障功能，最终目的为包皮龟头炎的治疗提供新的方向。  

Objectives of Study：

balanoposthitis is a common genital disease in men. The inflammation of the glans penis is called balanitis, the inflammation involving the foreskin is called foreskinitis, and the involvement of both parts is called balanoposthitis. This is a group of diseases with different causes but similar clinical manifestations and involving specific anatomical sites. Clioquinol cream has been on the market for more than 20 years. It has antibacterial and antifungal effects and is widely used in the treatment of skin infectious diseases. This study intends to clarify the efficacy and safety of Clioquinol cream in the treatment of balanoposthitis through placebo control. In order to clarify the mechanism of Clioquinol cream in the treatment of balanoposthitis, high-throughput sequencing technology was used to detect the bacterial composition and species abundance of the patient's genital area before and after the treatment, and the skin barrier function of the patient was detected by non-invasive technology. Objective to provide a new direction for the treatment of balanoposthitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

氯碘羟喹乳膏：主要成分是氯碘羟喹，辅助成分是：十六十八醇，聚乙二醇6000，丙二醇。 治疗方案：治疗组予氯碘羟喹乳膏每天早、晚外用；安慰剂组予安慰剂每天早、晚外用。随访时间：治疗后第7 天、第14 天复诊。随访内容包括一般皮损症状和体征、菌群定植情况、皮肤屏障功能及不良反应等。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Clioquinol cream: The main component is clioquinol, the auxiliary components are: cetearyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol 6000, propylene glycol. Treatment plan: The treatment group was given Clioquinol cream for external use in the morning and evening every day; the placebo group was given a placebo for external use in the morning and evening every day. Follow-up time: 7 days and 14 days after treatment. Follow-up contents include general skin lesion symptoms and signs, colonization of flora, skin barrier function and adverse reactions. 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18 岁以上的中国男性；
2 临床诊断为包皮龟头炎；
3 测量部位无其他皮肤病或可影响检测的全身疾病；
4 对研究的目的和内容知情同意，能按要求随访者

Inclusion criteria

1. Chinese men over 18 years of age;

2. Clinical diagnosis of balanoposthitis;

3. No other skin diseases or systemic diseases that can affect the measurement at the measurement site;

4. Those who have informed consent to the purpose and content of the study and can follow up as required.

排除标准：

不符合上述的入选标准；
○2 在最近1 个月内应系统应用过糖皮质激素及/或免疫抑制剂者；
○3 近2 周内在包皮龟头区域外用过抗生素、皮质类固醇激素或其他具有抗炎作
用的药物者；
○4 接受过器官切除（肾、肺、脾、肝……）、器官移植、过去5 年有过颅脑外
伤所致广泛意识丧失病史或遗留有后遗症者；
○5 患有高血压、糖尿病、肝肾功能衰竭等慢性病或接受长期治疗者；
○6 外生殖器存在会影响测量的一些皮肤的疾病者，如：测试部位有环状龟头炎、
硬化性苔癣，硬化萎缩苔癣（干燥性闭塞性龟头炎）、红斑增生病、天疱疮、
扁平苔癣、Bowen 氏病、牛皮癣，银屑病、接触过敏、固定型药疹等疾病；
○7 对所用药品敏感或过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

Does not meet the above inclusion criteria;

○2 Those who have systematically applied glucocorticoids and/or immunosuppressants within the last month;

○3 In the past 2 weeks, antibiotics, corticosteroids or other anti-inflammatory drugs have been used outside the foreskin glans area

Drug users;

○4 Have undergone organ resection (kidney, lung, spleen, liver...), organ transplantation, have had extracranial brain in the past 5 years

Those with a history of widespread loss of consciousness or sequelae due to injury;

○5 People with chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, liver and kidney failure or receiving long-term treatment;

○6 There are some diseases of the external genitalia that will affect the measurement of the skin, such as: ring balanitis at the test site,

Lichen sclerosus, sclerotic atrophic lichen (dry obliterative balanitis), erythematous hyperplasia, pemphigus,

Lichen planus, Bowen's disease, psoriasis, psoriasis, contact allergies, fixed drug eruptions and other diseases;

○7 People who are sensitive or allergic to the drugs used.
