研究目的：

本项目通过采集不同临床特点（不同病因、病程、耳鸣侧别、听力下降程度）搏动性耳鸣患者头部磁共振数据，进行脑功能数据分析，明确脑活动变化与临床客观评价指标关系，分析治疗前后神经活动异同，从而探索单侧搏动性耳鸣脑活动特点，阐明单侧搏动性耳鸣神经功能重塑发生机制这一科学问题，对疾病的临床评估及治疗评价具有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

We will enroll pulsatile tinnitus patients with different clinical features (etiology, disease duration, lateralization, degree of hearing loss), collect and analyze resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging of the brain. We will analyze the correlation between brain activity and clinical variables and changes of neural activity before and after treatment. Our study will characterize the neural activity of unilateral pulsatile tinnitus, illustrate neural activity remodeling and provide evidence for clinical assessment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄18-70岁
2、临床诊断单侧搏动性耳鸣
3、无CT、MR检查禁忌症
4、经颞骨双期增强CT检查，能够明确病因

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18 and 70 years old
2. Diagnosed as unilateral pulsatile tinnitus
3. Without CT and MR contraindications
4. The etiology can be confirmed by dual contrast CT scanning of temporal regions

排除标准：

1、近6个月内伴有持续性（一小时以上）的非搏动性耳鸣
2、无法明确病因的搏动性耳鸣患者
3、伴有听觉过敏
4、伴有其他中枢系统疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with persistent non-pulsatile tinnitus (longer than 1 hour) within 6 months
2. Patients whose etiology cannot be determined
3. Patients with hyperacusis
4. Patients with neurological diseases
