探讨环孢素谷浓度对急慢性GVHD及患者预后的影响，为临床GVHD的预防提供更好的用药指导。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of cyclosporin trough concentration on acute or chronic GVHD and the prognosis of patients, so as to provide better guidance for the prevention of GVHD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）在我院进行移植的患者。年龄小于18岁。（2）患者使用环孢素预防GVHD。（3）环孢素检测方法使用液质联用的方法。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Patients under 18 years of age who underwent transplantation in our hospital. (2) Patients should be treated with cyclosporine to prevent GVHD. (3) The detection method of cyclosporin uses the method of HPLC-MS

排除标准：

（1）使用免疫法检测环孢素浓度的患者，（2）外院移植的患者，（3）年龄大于18岁的患者（4）GVHD预防药物环孢素转为他克莫司者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with cyclosporin concentration detected by immunoassay, (2) patients transplanted from other hospitals, (3) patients older than 18 years old, and (4) patients with drug conversion from cyclosporine to tacrolimus with GVHD prophylactic
