研究目的：

探索一种新的手术操作方式，使双极射频改良迷宫手术操作更加简单，并达到与传统手术方式相同治疗效果，缩短手术时间，进一步减少并发症  

Objectives of Study：

To explore a simpler cox maze procedure than the cox maze IV prcedure, that is easier to operate, achieve the same therapeutic effect as with the cox maze IV procedure, shorter operative time, further reducing complications

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

心脏器质性病变合并房颤，需要体外循环下行相关心脏手术并需要行房颤手术的病人

Inclusion criteria

Patients with organic disease of the heart with atrial fibrillation, a heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass and atrial fibrillation surgery needs to be done at the same time

排除标准：

左房前后径>65mm、有病态窦房结综合征、未控制的甲状腺功能亢进、再次手术病人、已安置永久起搏器的病人

Exclusion criteria：

Left atrial anteroposterior diameter >65mm, sick sinus syndrome, uncontrolled hyperthyroidism, reoperation patients, the placement of a permanent pacemaker patients

病人对随机分组完全不知情，试验实施者助手在手术前打开信封，从而决定实施何种手术方式。此外，对数据收集者和数据统计者均采用盲法。

Blinding：

The patients were randomly divided into two groups，they didn't know they will in which group，Assistant open the envelope after the start of surgery, to decide what itervention will be done.besides，the data collectors and the assessors of outcomes were blinded to group assignment.
