研究目的：

To investigate the immune cells profile in decidua derived from early pregnancy loss and correlate the result to the embryo karyotyping.  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the immune cells profile in decidua derived from early pregnancy loss and correlate the result to the embryo karyotyping.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

we aim to check the immune cells profile in decidua 

纳入标准：

1. Women 18 years old or above;
2. Women with miscarriage or TOP who are suitable candidates for MVA;
3. first trimester miscarriage or TOP;
4. No fetal heart beat or TOP in those with CRL 25mm;
5. incomplete miscarriage or TOP with POG <5cm;
6. hemodynamically stable;
7. tolerates well with speculum examination.

Inclusion criteria

1. Women 18 years old or above;
2. Women with miscarriage or TOP who are suitable candidates for MVA;
3. first trimester miscarriage or TOP;
4. No fetal heart beat or TOP in those with CRL 25mm;
5. incomplete miscarriage or TOP with POG <5cm;
6. hemodynamically stable;
7. tolerates well with speculum examination.

排除标准：

1. Women who are not feasible for the MVA procedure;
2. cervical stenosis;
3. fibroid uterus >12 weeks in size;
4. known uterine malformation;
5. bleeding disorder;
6. clinically sepsis;
7. inability to tolerate pelvic examination;
8. History of psychological/ psychiatric problem;
9. Patient refusal.

Exclusion criteria：
