研究目的：

1、调查痛风患者达标治疗情况。 2、分析影响痛风达标治疗的相关因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Survey the treat-to-target of gout. 2. Analyze the related factors (chronic disease management) that affect the treatment of gout.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄＞18岁，＜80岁
2、符合痛风诊断（1977ACR痛风分类标准或2015年ACR/EULAR痛风分类标准），
3、开始采用别嘌醇、非布司他或苯溴马隆降尿酸治疗≥6个月痛风患者。
4、意识清楚，能独立完成调查问卷；
5、同意参与本研究调查，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age> 18 years old, <80 years old
2. Meet the diagnosis of gout (1977 ACR gout classification standard or 2015 ACR/EULAR gout classification standard),
3. Begin treatment with allopurinol, febuxostat, or benbromarone uric acid for patients with gout ≥ 6 months.
4. Clear awareness and able to complete the questionnaire independently;
5. Agree to participate in this research survey and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、继发性痛风患者；
2、拒绝提供真实信息者；
3、合并恶性肿瘤的患者；
4、因任何原因意识不清，不能独立完成调查问卷者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with secondary gout;
2. Those who refuse to provide true information;
3. Patients with malignant tumors;
4. Those who are unconscious for any reason and cannot complete the questionnaire independently.
