研究目的：

观察甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑对老年肝部分切除术患者术后认知功能障碍的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective To observe the effect of Remimazolam(CNS 7056) on postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with partial hepatectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

选择绵阳市中心医院、四川省绵阳市404医院和绵阳市三台县医院2020年7月-2022年3月肝癌、肝血管瘤患者，符合择期行右肝部分切除术的老年患者120例，年龄≥65岁，性别不限，ASAI-Ⅲ级，肝功能Child-Pugh分级A级。

Inclusion criteria

Methods: 120 elderly patients with liver cancer and hepatic hemangioma from July 2020 to March 2022 in Mianyang Central Hospital, Mianyang 404 hospital in Sichuan Province and Santai County Hospital in Mianyang City were selected. 120 elderly patients, age ≥ 65 years old, gender unlimited, Asai - III, child Pugh grade A, were selected.

排除标准：

严重高血压、神经精神系统疾病及心、肺、肝、肾功能明显异常的患者；有严重的感觉器官缺陷（如视力、听力障碍）或因其他原因与访视者无法正常交流影响测试的；服用镇静剂、抗抑郁药、酗酒；已知甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑与咪达唑仑过敏患者；术前MMSE评分≤17以及不同意入选或中途自愿撤回知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe hypertension, neuropsychiatric diseases and heart, lung, liver and kidney function abnormalities; patients with severe sensory organ defects (such as vision and hearing impairment) or unable to communicate with the interviewers for other reasons to affect the test; taking sedatives, antidepressants, alcoholism; patients with known allergy to rimazolom toluenesulfonate and midazolam; preoperative MMSE score ≤ 17 And patients who do not agree to be selected or voluntarily withdraw their informed consent.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

应用SPSS23.0统计软件进行统计学分析，数据用均数±标准差（ ±s）表示。组间比较采用单因素方差分析，计数资料采用κ2检验，P<0.05认为有显著性差异。
