研究目的：

本研究一方面将对饮食干预在控制能量摄入的基础上，对其结构进一步明确；运动干预将有氧运动和渐进式阻力训练相结合，并对其安全性、可行性及有效性进行探索。另一方面，将饮食、运动、心理等方面进行结合从多维度对PCOS进行生活管理，并初次以跨理论模型为理论基础探讨其在PCOS患者饮食、运动、心理等健康行为促进中的作用机制  

Objectives of Study：

On the one hand, this study will further clarify the structure of diet interventions on the basis of controlling energy intake; exercise interventions combine aerobic exercise with progressive resistance training, and explore its safety, feasibility, and effectiveness . On the other hand, it combines diet, exercise, psychology and other aspects to manage PCOS from multiple dimensions, and for the first time explores its role in the promotion of dietary, sports, psychological and other health behaviors of PCOS patients based on the theoretical basis of the cross-theoretical model

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄20-40岁的患者；②诊断标准参照鹿特丹工作组修正的诊断标准[42]，符合以下所列出的任意2条，1稀发排卵或无排卵；2雄激素水平升高的临床及生化依据；3卵巢增大，每侧至少有12个以上直 径2-9mm的小卵泡；③研究对象及其家属知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Women aged between 20 and 40 years
(2)PCOS diagnosis according to the Rooterdam criteria[23],include two of the following three features：1.oligomenorrhea or amenorrhea；2.clinical and/or biochemical signs of hyperandrogenism；3.polycystic ovary morpholog（12 or more 2-9mm follicles or >10 ml in volume,in at last ovary）
(3)Informed consent of participants and their families

排除标准：

排除标准：①引起雄激素过多及不排卵的其他疾病，如库欣综合征、先天性肾上腺皮质增生症、高泌乳素血症及卵巢或肾上腺产生雄激素的肿瘤等疾病；②怀孕者、母乳喂养者、或有心血管、肝脏、肾脏或呼吸系统疾病史、糖尿病、无法控制高血压或恶性肿瘤史者；③不愿参与本研究者

Exclusion criteria：

(1）Other diseases that cause excessive androgen and anovulation, such as Cushing syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, hyperprolactinemia, and adrenal androgen-secreting tumours;
（2）pregnant ,cardiovascular、liver and renal disease ，history of disease of respiratory diseases, diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension ,malignant tumors;
（3）unwilling to participate in this research.
