1. 研究正常人群及物质使用障碍患者的行为认知变化 2. 进行不同行为学的干预研究 3. TMS+EEG以预测干预疗效或认知功能状态  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the behavioral and cognitive changes of normal population and patients with substance use disorders 2. Conduct different behavioral intervention studies 3. TMS+EEG to predict intervention outcomes or cognitive function status

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

物质使用障碍强戒人员。 戒断6月内，成瘾年限5年及以上，年龄55岁以下，小学及以上文化程度，能完成基简单的阅读理解及语言沟通，本人及直系亲属未有癫痫发作史，头部未受过重伤，一年内未接受过 TMS 及其他戒毒手段的干预治疗。

Inclusion criteria

People who are forbidden to use substances. Within 6 months of abstinence, the addict has been addicted for 5 years or more, under the age of 55 years, with primary school education or above, and can complete basic reading comprehension and language communication. They and their immediate family members have no history of epileptic seizures, and have not received TMS or other drug treatment within one year.

排除标准：

（1）头部附近或脑内植入的磁性金属物；
（2）可能诱发癫痫发作的情况：1）某些躯体疾病： 有癫痫病史者、严重心脏病、颅内压增高（大面积梗塞或损伤后）、脑外伤、脑肿瘤、脑炎、脑血管病、脑代谢性疾病。2）药物影响：使用三环类抗抑郁药、神经阻滞剂及其他降低癫痫发作阈值的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Magnetic metal objects implanted near the head or in the brain;
(2) It may induce epilepsy: 1) some physical diseases: history of epilepsy, serious heart disease, increased intracranial pressure (after massive infarction or injury), brain trauma, brain tumor, encephalitis, cerebrovascular disease, brain metabolic disease. 2) Drug effects: the use of tricyclic antidepressants, nerve blockers and other drugs to reduce the seizure threshold.
