研究目的：

了解益生菌是否对根除HP所致肠道微生物紊乱有益，从而为临床根除HP治疗选择优秀的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand whether probiotics are beneficial to the eradication of hP-induced intestinal microbial disorders, so as to select an excellent therapeutic regimen for the clinical eradication of HP.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

因消化道症状至沙坪坝区人民医院就诊的患者及健康志愿者，经碳14呼气实验或快速尿素酶试验明确诊断为HP感染。

Inclusion criteria

Patients and healthy volunteers who visited Shapingba District People's Hospital due to gastrointestinal symptoms were definitely diagnosed as HP infection by carbon 14 breath test or rapid urease test.

排除标准：

(1) 4 周内曾接受下列药物治疗,包括质子泵抑制剂、抗生素、H2 受体拮抗剂、激素、铋剂、非甾体抗炎药；
(2) 4周内使用益生菌；
(3) 既往胃肠手术史；
(4) 血液系统恶性疾病、结缔组织疾病；
(5) 2周内感染性疾病；
(6) 酗酒史，糖尿病及影响肠道菌群的其它问题。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Received the following drugs within 4 weeks, including proton pump inhibitors, antibiotics, H2 receptor antagonists, hormones, bismuth agents, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;
(2) Probiotics within 4 weeks;
(3) Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery;
(4) Malignant diseases of the blood system or diseases of connective tissue;
(5) Infectious disease within 2 weeks.
(6) History of alcohol abuse, diabetes or other problems affecting intestinal flora.
