研究目的：

1. 计算剖宫产全麻手术中七氟烷的ED50及95%置信区间； 2. 分析瑞芬太尼的使用及其用量对Narcotrend的影响； 3. 探讨产科全麻有效的最低吸入麻醉浓度，为产科全麻手术的麻醉方案提供临床参考价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Calculate the ED50 and 95% confidence interval of sevoflurane in cesarean section under general anesthesia; 2. Analyze the influence of the use and amount of remifentanil on Narcotrend; 3. To explore the effective minimum concentration of inhaled anesthesia for obstetric general anesthesia, so as to provide clinical reference value for the anesthesia program during obstetric general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁；
（2）单胎足月妊娠择期行剖宫产的住院患者；
（3）美国麻醉师协会（ASA）分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级；
（4）受试者知情自愿参加，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged >=18 years;
(2) Hospitalized patients undergoing cesarean section during elective delivery of single term pregnancy;
(3) The American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) class I~ II;
(4) Subjects participate voluntarily and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）患有严重的心、肺、肝、肾等器官疾病、出血性疾病或其他系统疾病者；
（2）潜在困难气道（改良Mallampati四级或已知上呼吸道或颈部病理改变）；
（3）胃食管反流性疾病患者；
（4）宫内受限或胎儿损害者；
（5）BMI≥35 kg/m2者；
（6）语言障碍、心理障碍、认知功能障碍或神经肌肉疾病患者；
（7）对拟使用的药物过敏者；
（8）酗酒或滥用药物者；
（9）合并重症肌无力或支气管哮喘者；
（10）合并糖尿病、高血压、低血压者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from serious diseases of the heart, lung, liver, kidney or other organs, hemorrhagic diseases or other systemic diseases;
(2) Potentially difficult airway (modified Mallampati IV or known pathological changes of upper respiratory tract or neck);
(3) Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease;
(4) Intrauterine restriction or fetal damage;
(5) Persons with BMI >= 35 kg/m2;
(6) Patients with language disorders, psychological disorders, cognitive dysfunction or neuromuscular diseases;
(7) Allergic to the drugs to be used;
(8) Alcoholism or drug abuse;
(9) Patients with myasthenia gravis or bronchial asthma;
(10) Patients with diabetes, hypertension and hypotension.

该临床研究按1:1:1比例将受试者随机分为3组，A组：微量泵泵注0.05ug.kg-1.min-1瑞芬太尼，B组：0.1ug.kg-1.min-1瑞芬太尼和C组：NS对照组，即列出流水号为01～90所对应的治疗分配（随机编码表），且流水号与受试者编号对应，随机编码表由指定人员保管。受试者入选后，研究者将相应的受试者编号通知随机编码表保管者，由后者根据随机编码表下达该入选受试者应进入A组、B组还是对照组的指令，研究者接指令后应有相应的记录，并遵照指令实施相应的分配。

The clinical research in accordance with the ratio: the subjects were randomly divided into 3 groups, group A: trace injection pump 0.05 ug/kg - 1 min - 1 remifentanyl, group B: 0.1 ug/kg - 1 min - 1, remifentanyl and group C: NS control group.
