研究目的：

主要目的：研究旨在评估肺癌患者围手术期低分子肝素或低分子肝素联合机械预防的前瞻性随机对照研究，以对比两种方法预防VTE的疗效和安全性，为肺癌患者VTE防治提供指导和策略。 次要目的：采用“Caprini风险评估模型”和《住院患者静脉血栓栓塞症风险评分表》对所有受试者进行风险评估，以建立肺癌围手术期下肢深静脉血栓发病风险的临床量化评分分级系统。探讨肺癌术后VTE风险因素，指导胸外科肺癌患者的风险评估系统的建立和临床管理路径的优化。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: The study aims to evaluate the prospective randomized controlled study of low molecular weight heparin or low molecular weight heparin combined with mechanical prevention in patients with lung cancer, to compare the efficacy and safety of the two methods in preventing VTE, and to provide guidance and prevention for the prevention and treatment of VTE in lung cancer patients. Strategy. Secondary objective: To use the "Caprini Risk Assessment Model" and the "Vehicle Thromboembolism Risk Scoring Table" to assess the risk of all subjects in order to establish a quantified clinical scoring system for the risk of lower limb deep vein thrombosis during the perioperative period of lung cancer . Explore the risk factors of VTE after lung cancer surgery, guide the establishment of risk assessment system for thoracic surgery lung cancer patients and optimize the clinical management path.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①18-65岁，性别不限；
②经病理学和影像学确诊为肺癌，并拟接受手术的患者；
③行传统开胸或胸腔镜手术；
④既往没有血栓病史者。

Inclusion criteria

①18-65 years old, regardless of gender;
②Patients diagnosed with lung cancer by pathology and imaging and intend to undergo surgery;
③Traditional thoracotomy or thoracoscopic surgery;
④ Those who have no previous history of thrombosis.

排除标准：

①急性炎症皮肤病，皮肤溃疡者；
②已发生急性静脉血栓形成；
③深部血栓静脉炎；
④丹毒；
⑤急性心肺疾病，肺水肿，心律不齐，不稳定性高血压者；
⑥安装有心脏起搏器的患者；
⑦高出血风险；
⑧对普通肝素或低分子肝素禁忌的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Acute inflammatory skin disease and skin ulcer;
②Acute venous thrombosis has occurred;
③Deep thrombophlebitis;
④Erysipelas;
⑤Acute cardiopulmonary disease, pulmonary edema, arrhythmia, unstable hypertension;
⑥Patients with pacemakers installed;
⑦High risk of bleeding;
⑧ Patients who are contraindicated with unfractionated heparin or low molecular weight heparin.
