研究目的：

改良单钳道内镜骑跨式荷包缝合法封闭医源性消化道粘膜缺损的临床价值；随着内镜诊治技术尤其是ESD的广泛开展，其术后常见并发症，如迟发性出血、穿孔已成为目前研究热点，但对术后创面的处理，目前国内尚无定论。部分学者认可旷置创面，部分学者建议缝合ESD创面，但采取何种方法缝合仍无指南。为减少术后并发症的发生，减少或避免不必要的医疗纠纷，我科创新的单钳道内镜跨越式荷包缝合法（刘氏缝合法），对于封闭手术所致的较大粘膜缺损、穿孔，甚至对于预防术后出血均起到有效作用。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical value of closed modified single Endoscopic clamp using leaping purse suture in iatrogenic gastrointestinal mucosa defects; with the endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology, especially extensive ESD, postoperative complications, such as delayed bleeding, piercing has become the hot topic, but the postoperative wound treatment, currently inconclusive. Some scholars recognize exclusion wounds, some scholars have suggested ESD suture wounds, but the measures adopted to suture still no guide. To reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, reduce or avoid unnecessary medical disputes, our department's innovative single endoscopic clamp leaping purse suture (suture Liu), has played an effective role in the surgery due to the closure of a large mucosal defect, perforation, and even for the prevention of postoperative bleeding.

纳入标准：

胃肠道病变包括粘膜下肿瘤及粘膜病理提示高级别上皮内瘤变，且病变直径大于1.0cm，与患者及家属充分沟通手术方式（ESD）及术中、术后存在的风险及并发症，经同意签字后开展此手术。

Inclusion criteria

Gastrointestinal lesions, including submucosal tumor and mucosal pathology prompt high grade intraepithelial neoplasia, and the lesion diameter greater than 1.0cm, and we fully communicated the patients and their families with the presence intraoperative and postoperative risks and complications in surgical approach (ESD), and we carried out this procedure after signing the consent to it.

排除标准：

术前排除结核、糖尿病、肝硬化、凝血功能障碍等基础疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude tuberculosis, diabetes, cirrhosis, coagulation disorders and other underlying diseases preoperatively.
