研究目的：

1.基于互联网平台构建适用于MCI患者的创新表达认知干预的维持方案； 2.评价创新表达认知干预的维持对MCI患者认知功能的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Based on the Internet platform, the maintenance scheme of innovative cognitive intervention for MCI patients was constructed; 2. To evaluate the effect of maintenance of innovative expression cognitive intervention on the cognitive function of MCI patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合MCI诊断标准；
②无明显视力听力障碍者；
③具有语言交流能力，能完成量表评估者；
④同意参加本研究者。
MCI诊断标准参考2018版中国痴呆与认知障碍诊治指南推荐的标准：①年龄≥60岁，患者或知情者报告或有经验的临床医师发现认知的损害；②复杂的工具性日常能力有轻微损害，但保持独立的日常生活能力；③蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）总分30分，文盲组≤13分、小学组≤19分、初中及以上组测试≤25分判定为认知功能受损；④经临床评估诊断为轻度认知受损，但不符合DSM-IV痴呆诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Those who meet MCI diagnostic criteria those who have no obvious visual or hearing impairment those who have verbal communication ability and can complete the scale assessment; Agree to join the researcher.
2. MCI diagnostic criteria refer to the criteria recommended by the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of dementia and cognitive Impairment:
(1) Aged >= 60 years, patients or informed persons report or experienced clinicians find cognitive impairment;
(2) The complex tool daily ability has slight damage, but maintains the independent daily life ability;
(3) The total score of The Montrier Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) is 30 points, the illiterate group <=13 points, the primary school group <= 19 points, the middle school and above group <= 25 points are judged as impaired cognitive function; (4) Mild cognitive impairment was diagnosed by clinical assessment, but did not meet the DIAGNOSTIC criteria for DSM-IV dementia.

排除标准：

①有精神病史或先天精神发育迟缓者；
②伴有严重的心肺肝肾功能障碍、重度内分泌疾病、重度感染性疾病、严重贫血以及中毒性脑病患者；
③有脑血管病、帕金森病、脑外伤、脑炎、癫痫、脑肿瘤、长期腹泻或营养不良(维生素缺乏)、甲状腺功能障碍、输血或冶游史、酗酒、CO中毒、药物滥用、梅毒和艾滋病等；
④磁共振检查禁忌症，如伴有金属植入物如心脏起搏器、动脉支架、动脉瘤夹、种植牙、幽闭恐惧症等；
⑤参与磁共振扫描的患者需要利手量表评价为非右利手。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Persons with a history of mental illness or congenital mental retardation;
(2) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction, severe endocrine diseases, severe infectious diseases, severe anemia and toxic encephalopathy;
(3) Cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's disease, brain trauma, encephalitis, epilepsy, brain tumor, long-term diarrhea or malnutrition (vitamin deficiency), thyroid dysfunction, blood transfusion or metallurgy history, alcoholism, CO poisoning, drug abuse, syphilis and AIDS, etc.;
(4) Contraindications for MRI examination, such as accompanied by metal implants such as pacemaker, arterial stent, aneurysm clip, dental implant, claustrophobia and so on;
(5) The patients who participated in MRI scanning were assessed as non-right-handed on the handedness scale.
