纳入标准：

1.年纪大于18岁；2.无慢性器官功能衰竭；3：无胰腺手术病史

Inclusion criteria

Without history of pancreatectomy; Without chronic organ insufficiency; and age older than 18 years old.

排除标准：

1.年纪小于18岁；2.合并慢性器官功能衰竭；3：有胰腺手术病史

Exclusion criteria：

history of pancreatectomy; disease complicated by chronic organ insufficiency; and age less than 18 years old.
