研究目的：

主要目的: 明确中国慢性肾脏病血透和腹透患者中血管钙化的患病率 次要目的: 1.验证假设：基线时血管钙化程度越重，全因或心血管死亡以及非致死性的心血管事件的风险越高 2.评价当前透析疾病管理*与中国慢性肾脏病血透和腹透患者全因或心血管死亡以及非致死性的心血管事件之间的关系 *疾病管理包括血清钙、磷、iPTH及相关药物 3.评价当前透析疾病管理对中国慢性肾脏病血透和腹透患者血管钙化的影响 4.明确中国慢性肾脏病血透和腹透患者中血磷、血钙和iPTH的达标率 5.在中国慢性肾脏病血透和腹透患者中验证心血管钙化指数  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the prevalence of VC in Chinese patients with CKD on dialysis. Secondary: 1. To test the hypothesis that a greater severity of baseline VC is associated with a higher risk for all-cause/CVD mortality and non-fatal CV events in Chinese patients with CKD on dialysis; 2. To investigate the association between all cause/CVD mortality and disease management* in Chinese patients with CKD on dialysis; *Disease management includes serum level of calcium, phosphorus and iPTH, and related medications. 3. To investigate the impact of current disease management on VC; 4. To evaluate the control rate of patients achieving target goal of serum phosphorus, calcium and iPTH; 5. To validate CCI in Chinese patients with CKD on dialysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.≥18岁的男性或女性
2.正在接受稳定血透或腹透治疗且至少6个月的终末期肾病患者
3.患者或合法代表愿意签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Male or Female patients 18 years old;
2. Patients with ESRD receiving stable HD or PD at least 6 months;
3. Patient or legally accepted representitive willing to sign Consent Form.

排除标准：

1.预计生存期<6个月
2.急性肾损伤、活动性炎症性疾病、甲状旁腺切除或确诊的恶性肿瘤患者
3.不能进行动脉血管钙化检测操作或结果不可靠的患者，如心律失常、截肢或严重的周围血管病变等
4.其他影响到体内钙状态及软组织钙化的伴随疾病（如肉瘤样结节病变、多发性骨髓瘤、HIV和淀粉样变性）
5.妊娠、哺乳期妇女，或计划未来6个月内怀孕的育龄妇女

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients' life expectancy <6 months;
2. Patients with acute kidney injury, active inflammatory diseases, parathyroidectomy or evident malignancies;
3. Patients with conditions making arterial calcification measurements technically impossible or unreliable, such as cardiac arrhythmias, amputations or severe peripheral vascular lesions;
4. Concomitant diseases that affect calcium status and soft tissue calcifications (sarcoidosis, multiple myeloma, HIV, amyloidosis);
5. Pregnant or lactating women or women planning to become pregnant in the 6 months following entry into the study.
