研究目的：

本研究基于患者报告结局理念，借助移动医疗为数据收集工具，引进以个体为中心的统计分析技术增长混合模型，分析乳腺癌患者疲乏相关症状群的不同亚组、变化规律及其预测因素，并确定症状高风险群体特征及区分指标。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on patient reported outcomes, with the help of mobile health as the data collection tool, this study introduced an individual centered statistical analysis technology growth mixture modelling to analyze the different subgroups, change rules and predictive factors of fatigue related symptom groups of breast cancer patients, and determine the characteristics and distinguishing indicators of high-risk groups of symptoms.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

确诊为乳腺癌；年龄≥18岁；患者知晓病情；首次进行化疗，且化疗疗程为21天一个疗程的患者；能够独立填写问卷且自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

The patients were diagnosed with breast cancer; aged 18 years or older; knew the condition of the disease; received chemotherapy for the first time, and the chemotherapy course was 21 days; able to fill in the questionnaire independently and participate in the study voluntarily.

排除标准：

病情危重、神志不清或伴有精神障碍的患者.

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with critical consitions, serious diseases or mental disorders.
