研究目的：

验证S2AI螺钉固定技术治疗骶骨纵行骨折能够满足固定及稳定性的临床需求，新型S2AI-S1固定系统在减少术中损伤及术后相关并发症中作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify that S2AI screw fixation technology can meet the clinical needs of fixation and stability of longitudinal sacral fractures, the new S2AI-S1 fixation system plays a role in reducing intraoperative injuries and postoperative complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18~65岁，
不稳定性单侧骶骨骨折，Isler骶骨骨折分类中1型骨折，
伤前活动能力正常，
采用髂腰固定技术或S2AI螺钉固定技术，并完成一年以上随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18-65 years;
2. Patients with unstable unilateral sacral fractures were classified as type 1 fractures in isler classification of sacral fractures;
3. Patients without nerve injury;
4. Patients with normal activity before injury;
5. Patients with iliolumbar fixation or s2ai screw fixation were followed up for more than one year.

排除标准：

病理性骨折，
开放性骨折，
伴有其他严重损伤(如脑外伤)；
神经功能缺损患者；
具有影响骨愈合的危险因素患者(骨质疏松、吸烟和代谢疾病)，
截肢患者；
临床资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with pathological fracture;
2. Patients with open fracture;
3. Patients with other severe injuries (such as brain trauma)
4. Patients with neurological deficits
5. Patients with risk factors affecting bone healing (osteoporosis, smoking and metabolic diseases);
6. Amputated patients;
7. Patients with incomplete clinical data.

由研究员郑健雄采用计算机进行随机化分组。由spss20.0软件从1000中选出70个随机数字对应编号1-70，随后将随机数字按照从小到大进行排列秩序，前35组被分为A组，另外35组为B组。原始对应编号即为采用不同内固定的手术顺序。

Researcher Zheng Jianxiong uses computers for randomization. The spss20.0 software selects 70 random numbers from 1000 corresponding to the number 1-70, and then arranges the random numbers from small to large. The first 35 groups are divided into group A, and the other 35 groups are group B.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

将围术期患者所需要的数据填入单独的病例记录表，包括性别，年龄，受伤机制，骨折移位距离，手术时间、切口长度，失血量、术中透视频率和Matta评分，术后相关并发症及Majeed评分等，随后将所有患者的数据进行归纳和整理，存入单独的Excl表格。
