研究目的：

本研究旨在比较早产儿和足月儿母乳的营养成分的动态变化，并分析其对婴儿生长发育的影响。所得结果可为科学喂养婴儿提供理论依据，尤其是提高早产儿的母乳喂养成功率，为早产儿的追赶生长提供平衡的乳母膳食提供科学依据，并对婴儿配方奶粉的设计提供基础数据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to compare the dynamic changes of nutrients in breast milk of preterm infants and full-term infants, and to analyze their effects on infant growth and development. The results can provide a theoretical basis for scientific feeding of infants, especially for improving the success rate of breast-feeding of preterm infants, providing a scientific basis for the catch-up growth of preterm infants, and providing basic data for the design of infant formula milk.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

正在母乳喂养的乳母；胎龄在37足周以前出生的早产儿，胎龄为37-42周出生的足月儿。婴儿无出生缺陷或先天疾病。

Inclusion criteria

Breastfeeding mothers; Preterm infants with gestational age before 37 full weeks and full-term infants with gestational age of 37-42 weeks; Infants are no birth defects or congenital diseases.

排除标准：

患有乳腺炎和其他乳腺疾病的乳母；患有乙肝、艾滋病等传染病的乳母；患有严重心脏、肾脏、肝脏等相关器质性疾病的乳母；患有苯丙酮尿症等母乳禁忌症的婴儿。

Exclusion criteria：

Lactating mothers with mastitis and other breast diseases; Mothers suffering from hepatitis B, AIDS and other infectious diseases; Mothers with severe heart, kidney, liver and other related organic diseases; Infants with contraindications for breast milk, such as phenylketonuria.
