研究目的：

采用临床随机对照研究评价宫腔灌注脐血单个核细胞改善IVF/ICSI反复种植失败患者妊娠结局的有效性和安全性，为反复种植失败患者寻找新的安全有效的临床治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical randomized controlled study was used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intrauterine infusion of umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells to improve IVF/ICSI pregnancy outcome in patients with repeated implantation failure, and to find a new safe and effective clinical treatment scheme for patients with repeated implantation failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、经历2次以上优质胚胎移植或累积移植胚胎数量≥4枚未获临床妊娠，拟再行IVF-ET者；
2、年龄25～40岁；
3、超声检查子宫形态基本正常、无宫腔内异常回声、无卵巢囊肿、基础内分泌处于正常值范围；
4、拥有优质冷冻胚胎拟行融胚移植的患者；
5、愿意接受本研究治疗措施（包括实验组及对照组），签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.After more than two times of high-quality embryo transfer or cumulative transfer of more than 4 embryos without clinical pregnancy, IVF-ET is proposed to be performed again;
2.The age is 25-40 years old;
3.The uterine morphology is basically normal, no abnormal echo in the uterine cavity, no ovarian cyst, and the basic endocrine is in the normal range;
4.Patients with high-quality frozen/thawed embryo transfer cycles
5.Patients willing to accept the treatment measures of this study (including the experimental group and the control group), signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1、卵巢功能储备低下或PCOS患者；
2、既往曾行一侧卵巢切除术患者；
3、夫妇任何一方有染色体核型异常；
4、优生四项(TORCH)、乙肝、丙肝、人类免疫缺陷病毒及梅毒血清学筛查阳性；
5、研究者认为不适合采用此方案治疗的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with poor ovarian function reserve or PCOS
2.Patients who had undergone unilateral oophorectomy previously;
3.Either of the couple has abnormal karyotype;
4.Positive serological screening of torch, hepatitis B, C, human immunodeficiency virus and syphilis;
5.Any patients that was inappropriate to be treated with this regimen.
