研究目的：

1. 评价臭灵丹合剂治疗儿童毛细支气管炎的有效性 2. 评价臭灵丹合剂治疗儿童毛细支气管炎的安全性  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the efficacy of Laggera Pterodonta mixture on the clinical outcomes of admitted children with acute bronchiolits. 2. To assess the safety and side effects of Laggera Pterodonta mixture in admitted children with acute bronchiolits.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

臭灵丹， 橙皮酊，水 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Laggera Pterodonta， Orange tincture， water 

纳入标准：

1. 首次喘息，临床诊断为毛细支气管炎的3～24月住院患儿。
2. 符合国际疾病分类（ICD-10）编码 J21 的毛细支气管炎诊断标准。
3. 临床表现为咳嗽、喘息和/或呼吸窘迫、可有发热、鼻阻流涕、喉中痰响；体征主要包括呼吸增快、鼻翼扇动、三凹征和肺部干湿啰音等。

Inclusion criteria

1. Admitted children aged 3~24 months clinically diagnosed as acute bronchiolitis with the first episode of wheezing from October 2012 to September 2013;
2. The clinical diagnosis of acute bronchiolitis must be followed by the standard diagnosis using the ICD-10 in J21 code;
3. Definition: Acute bronchiolitis is a viral lower respiratory tract infection in children under 2 years presenting with fever, coryza, cough, wheezing and/or crackles or respiratory distress.

排除标准：

1. 患有慢性心肺疾病（如先天性心脏病、支气管肺发育不良、肺部囊性纤维化等）的儿童。
2. 需要使用呼吸机机械通气或需要持续正压给氧治疗（CPAP）的患儿。
3. 需要进入儿童重症监护室治疗的患儿。
4. 肺炎患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who had any chronic cardiopulmonary diseases such as congenital heart diseases, cystic fibrosis, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, or immunodeficiency;
2. Children who require ventilation support or continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) will be excluded;
3. Children admitted into pediatric intensive care unit (PICU);
4. Children with pneumonia.
