研究目的：

通过多模态超声组学预测高侵袭性甲状腺癌的设想，即从超声的形态学、硬度学和血流灌注学等方面对甲状腺癌生物学特性进行多功能评估，实现个体化精准医疗, 术前精准预测颈部淋巴结转移。  

Objectives of Study：

The prediction of highly invasive thyroid cancer through multimodal ultrasonography was assumed, that is, the biological characteristics of thyroid cancer were evaluated from the aspects of morphology, hardness and blood perfusion of ultrasound, so as to achieve individualized precise medical treatment and accurate preoperative prediction of cervical lymph node metastasis.

纳入标准：

18岁以上的甲状腺癌患者，且超声能显示病灶。

Inclusion criteria

In patients with thyroid cancer over 18 years of age, ultrasound can reveal the lesion.

排除标准：

1.甲状腺病灶完全被钙化覆盖
2.甲状腺病灶过大无正常实质显示，过深弹性无法获取满意图像
3.造影剂过敏
4.妊娠妇女
5.甲状腺有手术病史/颈部接受过放疗史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Thyroid lesions were completely calcified
2. The thyroid lesion was too large without normal parenchymal display, and too deep and elastic to obtain satisfactory images
3. Allergy to contrast media
4. Pregnant women
5. History of thyroid surgery/neck radiotherapy.
