研究目的:

针对卒中患者,探究多模态诱导反馈下的脑机接口康复机器人康复技术对于运动功能康复的效果。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy of Brain Actuated Robotic System Based on Multimodal Induction and Feedback on Post Stroke Motor Recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.初次发病(包括脑梗死、脑出血、脑栓塞等);
2.有一定的认知功能,MMSE评分大于21分;
3.卒中发病超过1个月;
4.伴有中、重度手功能障碍(Brunnstrom≤4级);
5.手部痉挛分级≤3级;
6.年龄大于18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with first onset (including cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral embolism, etc.);
2. Patients with certain cognitive function and MMSE score greater than 21;
3. Patients with stroke more than one month old;
4. Patients with moderate or severe hand dysfunction (Brunnstrom <= 4);
5. Patients with hand spasm grade <= 3;
6. Patients older than 18 years.

排除标准:

1.合并其他神经系统疾病;
2.感觉性失语;
3.有癫痫病史;
4.患侧手开放性损伤或畸形;
5.视野缺损;
6.严重并发症;
7.单侧忽略;
8.严重肌张力障碍或不随意运动。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with other nervous system diseases;
2. Patients with sensory aphasia;
3. Patients with history of epilepsy;
4. Patients with open injury or deformity of the affected hand;
5. Patients with visual field defect;
6. Patients with severe complications;
7. Patients with unilateral neglect;
8. Patients with severe dystonia or involuntary movement.
