研究目的：

本项目对孕妇进行系统化管理，建立高龄产科代谢性疾病诊治中心，对妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期甲状腺疾病的临床大数据进行分析，整合最新的研究技术，为临床诊断和治疗提供新的策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This project carries out a systematic management for pregnant women,aiming to establish a diagnosis and treatment centre of elderly gestational endocrinology disease and to analysize clinical data of gestational diabetes and gestational thyroid disease,integrated with latest research technics,providing new strategies for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

纳入标准：

（1)18岁以上 （2)单胎 （3)中国汉族 （4）知晓并同意参与本研究项目

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age≥18 years old;
(2) Single birth;
(3) Chinese Han women;
(4) Know and agree to participate in this research project.

排除标准：

（1)孕前糖尿病 （2)多囊卵巢综合症 （3)辅助生殖受孕 （4）产检数据缺失

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pre-pregnant diabetes;
(2) Polycystic ovary syndrome;
(3) Assisted reproductive infertile;
(4) Missing medical records.
