研究目的：

针对卒中患者，探究多模态诱导反馈下的脑机接口康复机器人康复技术对于运动功能康复的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of Brain Actuated Robotic System Based on Multimodal Induction and Feedback on Post Stroke Motor Recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.初次发病（包括脑梗死、脑出血、脑栓塞等）。
2.有一定的认知功能，MMSE评分大于21分
3.卒中发病超过1个月。
4.伴有中、重度手功能障碍（Brunnstrom≤4级）。
5.手部痉挛分级≤3级。
6.年龄大于18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.a history of first-ever stroke, caused by ischemia or hemorrhage
2.sufficient cognition to follow simple instructions and understand the purpose of the experiment (Mini-Mental State Examination > 21);
3.hemiparesis resulting from a unilateral brain lesion (confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging) with time since stroke at least 1 month before study enrollment;
4. moderate-to-severe disability (Brunnstrom ≤IV;
5. Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS)＜3;
6. Aged above 18-year-old.

排除标准：

1.合并其他神经系统疾病。
2.明显认知障碍（MMES＜21分）。
3.感觉性失语。
4.有癫痫病史。
5.患侧手开放性损伤或畸形
6.视野缺损。
7.严重并发症
8.单侧忽略
9.严重肌张力障碍或不随意运动

Exclusion criteria：

1. other neurological disorders;
2. severe cognitive deficits;
3. receptive aphasia;
4. epilepsy severe;
5. open wound or deformity on affected upper limber;
6. visual field deficits;
7. concomitant serious illness;
8. unilateral spatial neglect;
9. severe dystonia/involuntary movements.
