Objectives of Study：

Describe the current situation of newly graduated nurses training among consortium hospitals.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 具有中华人民共和国护士执业资格证书并在有效注册期间内；
2. 2018~2019年新入职并正在上述医院接受培训的新入职护士；
3. 知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Have the nurse practice qualification certificate of the people's Republic of China and be within the valid registration period;
2. New recruits from 2018 to 2019 who are undergoing training in the above hospitals;
3. Nurses with informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 实习、进修等非抽样医院护士；
2. 调查期间未在岗的护士。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Nurses in non sampling hospitals such as internship and advanced education;
2. Nurses who were not on duty during the survey period.
