研究目的：

根据之前在我院的调查，新生儿术中体温过低的发生率很高。自2019年9月1日起，建议在新生儿手术过程中使用≤1 L/min的新鲜气体流量。因此，我们打算评估低新鲜气体流量麻醉与新生儿消化道手术中低温症的发生之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the previous investigation in our institution, the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia in neonates was high. Since September 1st, 2019, the recommendation had been launched to utilize ≤1 L/min fresh gas flow during the neonates’ surgical procedure. We therefore intended to evaluate the association between low fresh gas flow anesthesia and the occurrence of hypothermia in neonates undergoing digestive surgeries.

纳入标准：

拟行消化道手术的28天内的新生儿

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria were neonates (age ≤ 28 days) who were underwent digestive surgeries.

排除标准：

排除标准包括:1.从腹腔镜手术向开放式手术的转变;2. 缺乏温度记录;3.先天性心脏异常患者;4. 消化道手术与其他手术同时进行。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria include as follows: 1. Conversion from laparoscopic surgery to open surgeries; 2. Lacking documentation of temperature; 3. Patients with congenital cardiac abnormalities; 4. Digestive surgery were performed concurrently with other procedures.
