研究目的：

通过随机对照试验，比较计算机辅助下颌单层皮质骨移植与传统髂骨松质骨移植修复牙槽突裂骨缺损的治疗效果。主要研究目的：评价下颌单层皮质骨移植与髂骨松质骨移植修复牙槽突裂骨缺损的成骨效果；次要研究目的：评价下颌单层皮质骨移植与髂骨松质骨移植修复牙槽突裂骨缺损的手术时长、住院时间、手术费、术后并发症发生情况、植骨区牙龈组织情况及患者满意度，评估其有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled trial to compare the effect of computer-aided monocortical mandibular bone grafting and cancellous iliac bone grafting in the reconstruction of unilateral alveolar cleft. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the osteogenesis effect of monocortical mandibular bone grafting and cancellous iliac bone grafting in the reconstruction of unilateral alveolar cleft. Other purposes include evaluating the operation time, hospitalization time, operation cost, postoperative complications, gingival tissue in the bone grafting area and patients' satisfaction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

A. 患有单侧牙槽突裂的患者；
B. 年龄在9-16岁；
C. 已完成唇裂和（或）腭裂一期修复；
D. 需要行牙槽突裂植骨术修复裂隙；
E. 口腔卫生情况良好，能够配合术后口腔护理及随访；
F. 同意参加试验，并且签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

A. Patients with unilateral alveolar cleft.
B. 9-16 years old.
C. Promary repair of cleft lip with/without palate has been completed.
D. Bone grafting is needed to repair the cleft of alveolar process.
E. Good oral hygiene habits and periodontal conditions.
F. Agree to participate in the test and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

A. 伴有唇腭裂的综合征性疾病；
B. 双侧牙槽突裂患者；
C. 患有糖尿病等全身系统性疾病；
D. 存在吸烟、酗酒等嗜好；
E. 口腔卫生条件差，存在明显牙周疾患，且经牙周治疗后仍不能达到手术要求；
F. 牙槽突裂植骨失败的二次植骨患者；
G. 不能配合术后定期随访的患者及家属；
H. 不同意签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

A. Syndromic CLP.
B. Patient with bilateral alveolar cleft.
C. Suffer from systemic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, etc.),
D. Smoking and drinking.
E. The oral hygiene condition is poor, and the periodontal condition can not meet the operation requirements after periodontal treatment.
F. Alveolar bone grafting patients has failed.
G. Patient can not cooperate with follow-up after operation.
H. Do not agree to sign informed consent.

本临床研究采用区组随机化的方式实现入组病例在试验组与对照组之间的随机分配。随机数由统计专员通过SAS9.4的PLAN过程产生。受试者根据生成的随机数及相应规则进入试验组或对照组。本研究生成的随机数具有重现性，其种子参数等信息记录在随机表中。随机的具体方法采用随机信件，按照入组的先后顺序将随机信件分配给筛选合格的受试者。
