研究目的：

观察有氧运动前后原发性开角型青光眼患者眼内压，视野及脉络膜厚度变化  

Objectives of Study：

To observed the changes of intraocular pressure, choroidal thickness and visual field indices during dynamic exercise in primary open angle glaucoma patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

原发性开角型青光眼患者：
1.房角开放，排除闭角，房角回退，色素沉着，周边粘连等继发性房角改变
2.IOP(20mmHg至35mmHg)
3.至少两次视野检查提示典型青光眼视野改变
4.眼底典型青光眼视盘变化
5.屈光度（+3.0D至-6.0D）

Inclusion criteria

For POAG diagnosis:
1. open anteiror chamber angle;
2. IOP between 20mmHg and 35mmHg;
3. Reliable and reproducible visual field abormalities (at least twice);
4. optic disc or retinal fiber layer structure abnormalities;
5. refractive eeeor between +3.0D and -6.0D.

排除标准：

1.年龄小于18岁
2.眼部手术史及罹患除“原发性开角型青光眼”外任何眼部疾患病史者
3.全身系统疾病史及手术史患者
4.最佳矫正视力小于0.5
5.高度近视患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. age < 18 years;
2. participants who received any systemic or ocular sugery;
3. there exist any systemic or ocualr diseases except for primary open angle glaucoma;
4. the best corrective visual acuity is below 0.5;
5. high myopia participants.
