研究目的：

使用人肺癌循环肿瘤细胞检测试剂盒完成以下研究： （1）检测肺部恶性疾病和肺部良性疾病患者外周血循环肿瘤细胞数量，比较循环肿瘤细胞在两组患者中的差异性； （2）评价检测试剂盒对肺部恶性疾病患者的检测特异性和敏感性； （3）评价循环肿瘤细胞的数量与肺癌患者预后之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we intend to use Human Lung Cancer Circulating Tumor Cell Detection Kit: 1)To detect the circulating tumor cells in peripheral blood of patients with malignant lung diseases, and to differentiate these patients from patients with benign diseases, 2)To evaluate the specificity and sensitivity of this kit for detection of the malignant lung diseases. 3)To evaluate relationship between circulating tumor cells number and prognosis of lung cancer.

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-85岁；
2.经组织病理学诊断为肺癌；
3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Over 18 and less than 85 years of age.2.Histopathologic diagnosis of lung cancer 3.Ability to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.受试者5年内患有癌症，除了患有非黑色素瘤皮肤癌和原位宫颈癌的受试者外；
2.受试者接受了肺癌的化疗、放疗或手术治疗；
3.不能够完成本研究或随访研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Prior cancers within 5 years, except for non-melanoma skin cancers, and in situ cervical cancers.
2.Prior chemotherapy, radiation or surgery for lung cancer.
3.Inability to comply with study and/or follow-up procedures
